In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Orme Club IKE.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases of physical products through our online store.
Any event registration, club membership, digital service or other service requires its own applicable terms, which must be provided before that transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
3. Website Use
You must use the Website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, misuse another person’s information or infringe third-party rights.
We may take proportionate steps to prevent unlawful or abusive use. Such measures do not remove rights arising from an existing purchase.
4. Products
Product pages describe the main characteristics of the goods, including available sizes, colours and prices.
We aim to display products accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not remove our obligation to supply goods that conform to their description and the contract.
Availability is indicated on the Website. If we discover that an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.
We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Prices and Charges
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT.
Delivery charges and any other charges payable to us are shown before you place an order.
For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be payable to local authorities. Where applicable, the checkout or delivery information explains that such charges may arise.
Price changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
6. Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, you can review the products, quantities, delivery details and total price and correct errors.
The final order button clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
Your order is accepted when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance. An automated receipt acknowledgement alone does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly states otherwise.
We provide confirmation of the concluded contract and the applicable terms by email or another durable medium.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you to correct it or cancel the order and refund any payment received. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.
7. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on our systems.
If a payment fails or a transaction raises a reasonable security concern, we may request clarification or decline the order before acceptance. Any payment retained for an order we do not accept will be refunded.
8. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed before purchase.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed or legally applicable period, you have the remedies provided by law. These may include setting an appropriate additional delivery period and terminating the contract if delivery still does not occur.
Where the law permits immediate termination, you do not have to allow an additional period.
The risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
A different rule may apply where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer.
Courier delays or events outside our control do not automatically remove your statutory delivery or reimbursement rights.
9. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
Eligible consumer purchases are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
The applicable procedure, deadlines, return costs and refund rules are described in our:
These policies form part of the purchase terms and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
10. Legal Guarantee and Non-Conforming Goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract.
Consumer purchases benefit from the statutory legal guarantee, including the applicable minimum two-year protection for goods under EU consumer rules, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory rights.
Depending on the circumstances, available remedies include repair or replacement free of charge, a price reduction, or termination and reimbursement, subject to the conditions of applicable law.
Contact info@ormeclub.gr if you believe a product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Any commercial warranty, if offered, is additional to your statutory rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content, including branding, text, designs, photographs and graphics, belongs to ORME CLUB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may use the Website for personal shopping and other legally permitted purposes. Other reproduction or commercial exploitation requires permission unless permitted by law.
12. Liability
We are responsible for breaches of our obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory product liability.
No provision limits mandatory remedies concerning delivery, withdrawal or non-conforming goods.
13. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
If an event beyond our reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise its consequences.
Such an event does not automatically entitle us to retain payment indefinitely or remove your statutory right to terminate a contract or obtain reimbursement.
14. Personal Data and Cookies
Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookies Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Please send complaints to info@ormeclub.gr, including your order reference and a description of the issue.
Consumers may seek assistance from the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, subject to its competence and admissibility rules:
https://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr
This does not restrict your right to seek judicial remedies.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of protection provided by mandatory laws applicable to your purchase.
Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before the courts of Athens or waives any mandatory right to bring proceedings before another competent court.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases.
The version supplied when your contract was concluded applies to that purchase. Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing contract.
