If you purchase physical goods from ORME CLUB as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item.

If goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period starts after receipt of the last lot or piece.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To withdraw, you must communicate a clear statement of your decision to:

You may send your statement by email or post.

The model withdrawal form below is available for your convenience, but using it is not compulsory.

You may also use the online withdrawal function provided on this page.

You do not need to provide a reason, obtain prior approval or agree to store credit.

To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Online Withdrawal

Use the “Withdraw from your purchase” option on this page to enter or confirm:

• Your full name.

• Your order number or other information identifying the purchase.

• The goods concerned, if withdrawing from only part of an order.

• The email address to which acknowledgement should be sent.

You will then be able to check your details and submit your declaration using “Confirm withdrawal”.

After submission, we will send an acknowledgement by email without undue delay, recording the content of your declaration and the date and time of submission.

The acknowledgement records receipt of your declaration; it is not an approval requirement.

If you experience a technical problem, you may exercise your right by emailing info@ormeclub.gr or sending a clear statement by post within the applicable deadline.

4. Returning the Goods

After communicating your decision, send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day of your withdrawal notice.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

Please package the goods securely and retain proof of dispatch. Including your order reference helps us identify the return.

5. Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal, provided we informed you of this before purchase.

If the required information was not provided, we will bear those costs.

This does not apply to necessary return costs for faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods, which are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

6. Reimbursement

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will reimburse payments received for that purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them.

We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee will be charged.

For withdrawal concerning only part of an order, reimbursement of delivery charges is determined in accordance with applicable law and the delivery charges attributable to the goods retained.

7. Inspection and Diminished Value

You may inspect and try on products as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, subject to applicable law.

For clothing, a reasonable fitting is generally different from wearing the product for running, training or everyday use.

Please return supplied accessories and, where possible, labels and original packaging. Missing packaging or removed tags do not automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal.

Any deduction for diminished value will be based on the actual reduction in value and explained to you.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including:

• Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

Discounted goods and goods labelled “Final Sale” remain subject to the statutory right unless a genuine legal exception applies.

Producing an ordinary product after an order is placed does not, by itself, make it personalised.

Exceptions to withdrawal do not remove your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

9. Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may instead send any other clear withdrawal statement.
